Andrew Stivers

Andrew is a Director at Peak Technology Partners. With more than 15 years of experience in technology investment banking and investing, he has executed over $12 billion in transaction value for both private and public company clients.

Prior to joining PEAK, Andrew was a Senior Vice President at D.A. Davidson and a Vice President at Jefferies, where he worked in their technology coverage groups. In addition to his investment banking experience, he was a Senior Director at Lighter Capital, focused on investments in early-stage technology companies, and was an early employee at SecondMarket, a financial technology company that was eventually acquired by NASDAQ.

Andrew has been recognized as an emerging leader in technology investment banking by The M&A Advisor and as a part of the next generation of city and community leaders by the Wichita Business Journal.

Andrew holds a B.A. in Economics, cum laude, from Miami University (OH).
