2021 Recap

2021 was a banner year for PEAK Technology Partners. The Company successfully closed thirteen software transactions. Those deals involved companies across multiple software industry verticals, including healthcare, fintech, HR, infrastructure, productivity, communications. They included a variety of different buyers and investors, both strategic and financial sponsors, including BP Ventures, Thomas H. Lee Partners, Twitter, and Warburg Pincus, amongst others. PEAK represented clients from multiple geographies including North America, South America, and Europe.



PEAK Technology Partners also hired seven bankers, retained all of its existing team, and promoted multiple members across the firm. In 2021, the Company hired Ryan Calhoun, Jaclyn Doak, Taylor Loomis, Morgan Fiske, Kail Walker, Arthur Lee, and Miles Jones.

The Company promoted Shane Seelig (Director), Zach Haarer (Director), James Foster (Senior Associate), and Jonah Holty (Associate).

PEAK Technology Partners also won an award for being one of the top software investment banks. Heading into 2022, our passion and focus continues to be representing founders and founder-led technology companies.
